Commander Who Oversaw Bin Laden Raid: Revoke My Clearance Too

Continued clearance after leaving service is a courtesy, not a guarantee. If someone abused it, courtesy will be revolved.

During Wednesday’s press briefing, White House press secretary Sarah Sanders announced President Trump revoked John Brennan’s security clearance.

This cause a huge disappointment in liberal ranks and some of them went a step further!

The admiral who oversaw the 2011 Navy SEAL raid that killed al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden said Thursday he’d consider it “an honor” for President Trump to revoke his security clearance in a show of solidarity with former CIA Director John Brennan.

[Brennan] is a man of unparalleled integrity, whose honesty and character have never been in question, except by those who don’t know him,” retired Navy Adm. William McRaven wrote in an op-ed for The Washington Post.

“Therefore, I would consider it an honor if you would revoke my security clearance as well, so I can add my name to the list of men and women who have spoken up against your presidency,” he wrote.

Oama is no longer the President. Brennan is no longer in the administration and does not need or deserve to have security clearance. The Obama administration left a mess for Trump to clean up. If you want to place shame on someone, place it on those who deserve it. Trump does not deserve it. He is doing a great job with the mess he was left with.

Share if you think that President Trump was right to revoke Brennan security clearance!
