Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg Reveals When She Will Retire!

According to some media reports (whatever they are worth), Judge Ginsburg has been known for being against everything about President Trump and conservative values in general. But now it seems that the end of Ginsburg’s career is not happening anytime soon at least not as fat as we thought!

The justice announced last week that she’s hired law clerks for the next two terms, the only justice to achieve that so far.

The hiring of the four clerks for the 2019-2020 term — Columbia Law graduate Alyssa Barnard; Harvard Law graduates Marco Basile and Susan Pelletier; and Stanford Law graduate Michael Qian — signals that Ginsburg is not planning on retiring anytime soon.

Historically, when a justice plans on stepping down, they don’t hire a full slate of clerks for the upcoming term — much less for a term beginning in 21 months.

Ginsburg is one of the court’s most liberal members, but she’s already 85 years old, and court watchers were hoping that she’d vacate her seat before she is forced to resign from the court because of ill health.

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg on Sunday said she wants to keep her Supreme Court seat for “at least five more years.”

“I’m now 85,” Ginsburg said Sunday in New York at a production about late Justice Antonin Scalia called “The Originalist,” CNN reported. “My senior colleague, Justice John Paul Stevens, he stepped down when he was 90, so think I have about at least five more years.”

Ginsburg cited “good behavior” and the lack of term limits as reasons why she intends to remain on the bench into the foreseeable future.

“You can’t set term limits, because to do that you’d have to amend the Constitution,” she said. “Article 3 says … we hold our offices during good behavior … And most judges are very well behaved.”

Some comments on Twitter pitted Ginsburg against President Donald Trump, who in 2016 tweeted that “Her mind is shot — resign!” after she publicly criticized him and deemed him a “faker.” Trump has also said that he expects Ginsburg to leave the court while he is president and able to replace her with a new justice.

We all know that publicly political Supreme Court Justice is bad for the republic! That’s why this person needs to step down. She has always been politically motivated but now she openly displays her partiality. She is a danger to the U.S. and needs to be removed. She cannot do her job. If she doesn’t quit on her own soon, I think impeachment proceedings should be started.

What do you think should Judge Ginsburg be impeached?
