WELCOME TO AMERICA – NORTH CAROLINA EMPLOYER’S NEW MANDATORY RULE HAS MUSLIMS FURIOUS

We can all agree that (mostly Muslim) immigrants goal all along is a total destruction of American culture and dignity. That’s why the US needs to use some policies very soon because it has gotten out of hand.

Luckily, the director of the Johnston County Health Department Dr. Marilyn Pearson recognized the inconveniences that occur at work when her staff is speaking in their native language in our country instead of English, so she wrote an e-mail and sent it out on October 1, to all staff members. The e-mail read that staff members must only speak English when in the office. However, this didn’t go over well with foreigners, who want to have the benefit of working in America and force others to comply with their culture too.

According to WRAL, Pearson indicated in the staff-wide e-mail that English-speaking employees have expressed concern for other languages spoken in the office, making it difficult to communicate and, ultimately, complete tasks.

“For the comfort of employees and to be respectful of others who do not share that language, the staff is asked to speak English in the office when not on breaks or personal time,” her email read.

Within a matter of days of the notice being sent out, liberal groups like the Southern Coalition for Social Justice and the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission went on the attack of Pearson and the health department. George Eppsteiner, an attorney for the Social Justice group, claimed that Pearson’s assertion that other employees complained about the language barrier couldn’t be correct.

Referring to the rule as “problematic,” Eppsteiner insisted that there “didn’t seem to be any pressing ‘comfort of employees’ to implement this type of policy.”

There are dress codes for businesses that you have to comply with so there should be for language too. If you have to dress a certain way so people can easily identify that you are an employee then they should also be able to understand you too. Quite simple really.

Whether it interferes with business or not doesn’t matter. The employer has the right to require that. What she should do, if there’s a lot of flak over it, is, lay all the foreign workers off, or fire them. See how they like that!

In my opinion, we need to pass a law that the citizenship test should only be given in English. This is only one way for us to make a strong nation. When you have strong basis nothing can ruin our constitution. The USA should not accommodate all others with signs in other languages.
